Fees

As we do not like unpredictable and unpleasant surprises, we do understand that our clients feel and resonate very much in the same way. It is for this reason that we work mostly with flat fees which include all costs incurred for the client upfront, so that the client knows very well, right from the start what this means for his allocated budget. By removing, in most parts, the old way of working with unpredictable hourly fees and, by implementing a new approach, we strive to secure ease of mind for our clients so that they now have things less to worry about.

We also provide the possibility for clients to pay their invoices not only in the Romanian local currency (RON) but also in EUR and USD.

Because we do practice what we preach when we say that we apply a client-centered approach in everything we do and, to close the access to justice gap as much as possible, we provide alternative payment solutions for our clients and are flexible in this regard. Such alternative means of payment will be then discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Lastly, because we stand by our clients as their competent and trustworthy companions, in the long run, we offer the possibility to close legal assistance agreements on a monthly retainer, through which we assure that our support and legal guidance are only one call away.
